Acknowledgements

This workshop was organized by the Center for Cooperation in International Research for Agricultural Development (CIRAD) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
Funding was provided by these two organizations and the government of France's Languedoc-Roussillon Region, where the workshop was hosted.
